The best overall source for statistics on respiratory diseases in Canada is the report called Respiratory Disease in Canada it is a collaborative effort of the Public Health Agency of Canada’s Centre for Chronic Prevention and Control, the Canadian Lung Association, Statistics Canada, and the Canadian Institute for Health Information. Last published in 2001, the new edition is expected in Fall 2007.
